Di po maka receive ng text message sa tnt sim ko pero may signal naman at tsaka maka text naman ako gamit ang sim, sa naka alam dyan patulong naman po, ito kase gamit ko sa gcash di ako maka log in need ng otp.

Have you tried inserting and using that problematic TNT SIM card on a different phone? Check if the problem still persists on a different phone/unit.
