❓ Help Suspended Smart Sim Card

Hello po, nawala ung sim card at pinatemporarily blocked ko po ung smart sim ko, then now pumunta ako sa smart strore para ipa-activate since suspended ung sim card dahil sa temporarily blocking. Tama naman po diba na sa smart store dapat pumunta at ipa-activate ang sim card at mang hingi ng replacement?
