⬛ GOMO Expired sim

Last wednesday, i received a message stating thay my Gomo sim will expire if i will not redeem points before 24hrs.. I was able to redeem points before the day ends...yet, the fillowing day, my sim got deactivated...are you able to fix this GOMO.?

Hindi na po yan mababalik, Same with me my gomo sim got deactivated because no reload and no points conversion happening, sadly as per customer service, they cant reactivate the deactivated sim since it is disposable and not recyclable.

Ang mahal ng sim tapos maeexpire lang? Kahit nakapromo pa
