❓ Help PLDT Prepaid Home Wifi FX-ID4

Hello. I have a Smart Home Wifi Prepaid Evoluzn ID4, but it has intermittent connection, upon looking 192.168.1.1, the status is Module Unresponsive.

I tried opening the admin settings and changed band selection. But it is still happening. Is this a bug or is there anyway to fix this? Thanks in advance!
