There are a lot of ways to cheat, häçk or exploit SIM cards based on how they work. You just gotta think deeper and this is one of them.
1. You need 2 phones.
2. Buy any SIM card that you can use for data (You don't need to register).
3. In the 1st phone use that SIM and get a data then turn it's hotspot on.
4. For the 2nd phone connect to the hotspot then use any recommended no logging VPN like Windscribe, RiseUP VPN, etc.
3. Connect to the VPN and start checking.
4. Magic.
If you change location or city, the data IP will change automatically. Tested while on a car, my IP changes in every new tower.
