It doesn't matter if your product is authentic or not as long as It's HQ, you can maintain it and better then that's good. Let's say you saw someone selling an API that is great at cheap price about 4$ with 20+ features just list all the features that they have, their cons and what the customers like about their service. After that:
1. Find ways you can think of making a business as same as them but perhaps cheaper like 2.5$? Perhaps I can take advantage of reselling? Perhaps I can hire a cheap developer?
2. Make a better version of it without the cons you have found in their service with improvement.
3. Use some bots to advertise it including in their community channels and services (Hook their customers).
4. Add some magic sarap like limited offers.
5. Embrace for impact (They might fight back but most services they focus on themselves which is great).

So I found this website offering an API You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. and I was like I'm a developer myself but how can I make it so It's much cheaper, better and with more features? Then I did some mikus mikus with my skill then furtunately I was able to make one. The API has 30+ features and cost 3$ and tried selling it but unfurtunately I suck at marketing thus I didn't get any sales.
