Real proxy type: SOCKS
Real proxy server: 104.16.1.45
Port: 80
SAVE

NOW GO TO MORE OPTION
Connect through HTTP:
Use the following setting:
Host address: 203.177.42.214
Port: 80
SAVE
CONNECT------
