❓ Help Need guide for http custom and http injector,and what are the do's and dont inorder to avoid the network blockage.

I always keep on thinking if i should still use http custom and http injector now that i experience being blocked by one of the isp here philippines.How do you guys manage to use the app without being blocked?(or am i the only one that vocal to my experience)Is it forbidden to use this app(e.g.:htyp custom,http injector or any other app similar to/or related to its function) in PH?Thank you
