can anyone suggest what to do if the speedtest of an ISP are in this low?Like what can i do if the speed is like this,slower than a turtle.

Band Lock lang ang solusyon dito lods pero kung di supported ng device change provider na lang, always kasi nakonek mga phone o modem sa malakas na signal o malapit satin kaya madalas congested un. 1 Bar nga lang gamit ko kahit papano umabot pa ng 3 - 5Mbps

actually,i check my server sir and it appears that my server was in bacolod or ilo-ilo.i cant connect in cebu server.maybe that is one of the reason why i have slow connection.

i have done it sir multiple but nothings change.even during dawn,my connection will only reach atmost to 1mbps.
