TS, hiram ka muna ng USB mouse, open mo si Device Manager, click mo yung Mice and other pointing device, right click mo yung hp mouse/touch pad, click mo yung Update driver software at hintayin mong matapos yung update. Dapat naka-connect ka sa internet para makapag-update siya.
Kung hindi mo nakikita yung Mice and other pointing device sa list, click mo yung View tab tapos click mo yung Show hidden device para ma-unhide siya.
