2. Download "Tor Bundle Expert" then extract it and run this command in the directory via CMD tor --HTTPTunnelPort 8288
3. Go to your Windows proxy settings, scroll down then in the "Manual proxy setup" put the Tor IP and port there.
4. Save it, now in your browser just install any trusted No-Logging VPN.
5. Magic.


This will probably my last tutorial post because magpapahinga muna me.
