❓ Help Sino mga EMPLOYED DITO AS ITSD?

Mga sir I am planning to apply ITSD pero SHS graduate lang po ako I take some Certification like from Google IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT, Google Cloud Engineer Fundamentals.

Any tips na dapat ko pang malaman sa mga To Do ng isang ITSD?
