Before continuing, make sure you have a compatible device that supports eSim
In order to claim the free trial, you must not have used the carrier before on your device
Method 1#: Verizon (30 days, unlimited data)

To change your default network to Verizon, head to the settings app, select cellular data and change the default to Verizon.
