1. Visit You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. and search the IP to get It's ASN (Only the number)
2. Use whois to scrape the ranges

whois -h whois.radb.net -- '-i origin ASN_NUMBER_HERE' | grep 'route:'

Example:

whois -h whois.radb.net -- '-i origin AS13335' | grep 'route:'

3. Export them.

Quiet a lot but It's mostly used for analyzing IPs to prevent VPNs, spams, etc. Another case is that If you want to mass häçk a lot of servers on a country or on that datacenter, It's very useful.
