2. Run Freetube and go to settings then find proxy.
3. Run tor.exe from the "Tor Expert Bundle" and set the proxy to the Freetube.

2. Connect to the VPN.
3. Watch Youtube in Encognito or from a non-signed Youtube (Hindi naka login).
