Mga paps patulong naman kasi yung wifi namin nung october pa putol ang internet tapos pagtingin ko tatlong buwan yung babayaran namin ano kaya gagawin ko
 
Request for official termination. But that means, kung hindi pa tapos ang lock-in period mo, then the termination fee, based sa Terms and Conditions ni PLDT, are as follows:

(Monthly Service Fee * 3) + Outstanding Balance, if any + Pre-Termination Fee na 500.

For example, plan 1699...

(1699 * 3) + Outsanding Balance, if any + 500

Kung hindi ka magre-request ng officialy termination, kung hindi pa tapos ang lock-in period mo, then continuous pa rin na tatakbo ang billing mo, kahit putol na. That's what a lock-in period (or contract-basis) for any postpaid plan means.
