Step 1: Open your favorite root file browser and make your way to /data/data/com.google.android.youtube/shared_prefs and begin editing the file "youtube.xml" in your favorite root text editor example ES File Explorer

Step 2: add the following lines immediately below "<map>":

Just Copy and Paste it on the youtube.xml

Step 3: Force-Close YouTube

Step 4: Enjoy watching your Youtube video without buffering.

Basically what is happening here is your activating the hidden player on the app itself.

I don't own this but I believe this would help everone that has a rooted phone because I am using it for a long time already.
