Sa Portable ba? if yes.
Try mo idownload dito yung Neural filters sa isang Thread ko
THREAD KO

Important: Bago i-install need mo muna irename ang folder ng Photoshop mo. rename mo nalang ng "Photoshop2024" mag eerror kasi if masyadong mahaba.

then install mo here (Your Photoshop Folder)\App\DefaultData\Roaming\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\25\Internal\com.adobe.nfp.gallery

Note: need mo magcreate ng new Path.
