Patulong naman guys, I recently got charged sa premium subscription ng isang apps using the Amex option in credit card/debit card info.
Pero nicancelled ko rin and triny irefund kasi biglaan lang siyang nag charge kasi nakalimutan kong Icancel ung trial sa subscription.

and after days, I got an email na and It says it got refunded but hasn't reflected on my account how long will this take?

it also stated na 7-10 business days naman daw ang refund process pero 12 days na ngayon at wala pa rin:<
