massage mo lang pagitan nang mata mo paitaas nang noo mo or under nang mata mo massage mo both ways nang dahan dahan
try mo rin dahanin paghila nang buhok mo para medyo magrelease nang tension sa nerves nang ulo mo.....dahan lang yung di masakit pagkakahila
 
Ganito mga ginagawa ko TS:
1. Pikit atleast 5 mins. (to rest & relax the nerves)
2. Labas ng office saglit (tingin sa mga greenery things, like grasses, so on max. na ang 5 mins.)
3. Open & Close lang din ng mata para ma exercise atleast 10 times.
Usually yang 1 & 2 lang, oks na ako..
