This Version complements Official Dolphin-Master giving support for legacy devices, and reducing cpu usage on the graphic thread.
The focus is the gaming experience and speed.

Where the ideologies of Ishiiruka and Dolphin diverge is in how häçks and enhancements should be handled. Ishiiruka is more willing to do bigger häçks (Fast EFB Access) to improve the speed of a few games even if it's not as useful for other games or even damaging. For the other games, you can just turn it off. Ishiiruka also has a lot of enhancements that are more invasive than Dolphin Master would want. It also doesn't have quite the testing or review process, so the code is sometimes messier. Non-D3D backends are also a bit gimped in my experience.
