Ex-president Duterte summoned for 'grave threats' to lawmaker

MANILA, Philippines: The Quezon City Prosecutor's Office summoned former president Rodrigo Roa Duterte to appear in December in connection with the cyber crime complaint filed against him by a lawmaker at the House of Representatives.​

Senior Assistant City Prosecutor Ulric Badiola directed Duterte to appear on December 4 and 11 at about 2:30 p.m. in connection with the preliminary investigation based on the complaint filed by ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. France Castro.​
