Hi ma'am queen.ask ko lang po kasi ung sun ko kapag pinapagana ko n c v7 nagkokonek siya kaso kapag mga 1 or 5 n nawawala n and + s h ko pati ung arrow n up down.pero ung konek ng v7 active prin tapos kpag matagal n bigla n madidisconect.page off ko n Kay v7 babalik n h+ ko.ano po kaya problema

Gabriel ern I see no problem with that sir. It is just a signal related issue. If it disconnects it will connect back on its own when the signal is back on its normal working state.
Should the h/h+ or the triangles pointing up and down are completely gone when mobile data is turned on, that is the time to fix it.

We usually use MGC and it is known to work in a lower capacity than default, and yes default is surely fast but it is not always available. Try the default Globe/TM settings and see if it is still available now.
The good thing with MGC is that its sustainable. Good luck.
