🔒 Closed Flash or just boot into recovery.img

I have some questions for Android developers. I am trying to flash or boot into custom recovery using adb and fastboot- fastboot flash flash recovery.img and fastboot boot recovery.img. But these methods does not work on my cm touch xl 2 android 6.0 mt6580. Did the adb and fastboot methods change on android 6.0?

ohw i've try this before.. i only need very own chord for the unit and donwload img you want to flash you need to enable your USB debug in your CP unit in Developer options and Donwload ADB drivers in your PC then you can use your CMD methods

I know how to use Android sdk tool. I heard Google has recently changed adb and fastboot methods to flash or just boot into custom recovery. Usually you could just use fastboot boot recovery.img. Now you cannot. Now fastboot (---) boot recovery.img

(---)=phone info/cid

Any idea?
