Help hard drive cloning and remote applications

I Need help and inputs about hard drive cloning of a pc company provided for work from home use only. gusto ko sana iclone ang hard drive at ilagay sa laptop as main OS para maretain lahat ng apps and i can work remotely anywhere not just from home. Hindi ba magkakaproblem kapag nag remote ang supervisor ko from the office? Hndi ba madedetect na im using a diffent computer? Hndi ba maapektuhan ang mga remote apps like TeamViewer that uses the same hardware id?
