How rampant is cellphone (particularly iPhone) theft in the Philippines?

I'm guessing something like the iPhone Pro and Pro Max, takaw nakaw. Paano kung iPhone SE lang naman (looks the same as 6-9 year old iPhone 6-8)?

Also, can thieves bypass iCloud Activation Lock and Find My if the phone is fully updated? Can they gain access to the data on my phone?

If possible ang bypass/removal, what can the thieves do with the phone? Pwede bang ma-access yung data or is it solely just so they can sell/use the iPhone?
