Yung sa gitna talaga malala...
Confi Listed as "Extraordinary Expenses" and easy to get due to only certification needed as supporting documents not like Confidential Funds need too many documents for coa requirements/audit. Aanhin pala ng house speaker yung 1.6?need ba ng pera para mgpasa ng batas?at yung mga KAMATAYAN BLOC na gusto eabolish yung confidential funds .so anu yun?eaabolish nyo yung confi funds kung saan member kayo ?
