how long will the time limitation be if I buy a new smart sim and haven't activated it yet?

and one more question if there is still blocking if I use dns sts no load on the new sim that is not activated?

It's okay even if you don't register the new SIM and also it's effective in blocking, especially when used in a SlowDNS configuration.
