❓ Help Globe fiber HG6245D / RP2715 cannot limit bandwidth

im planning to share my Internet connection to our neighbors using an OLD FX Id3 reconfigured as an AP. I only want to share a 20mbps of my total bandwidth of 120mbps. I tried configuring the bandwidth of different ports and WANs but still after puting a limit, im still receiving the 120mbps speed kahit the webpage shows limited na siya at 20 mbps. Can any help me if may extra options paba na i need to configure para ma limit using bandwidth na maibibigay ko?
