I need help, about android app

Biglang nawala kase yung app na na installed after reboot, hindi ko na mahanap... then I decided to download again the apk file ng missing app...

Eventually ayaw mag install ng downloaded app kse daw existing na sya sa phone pero hindi ko talaga mahanap tinry ko na lahat possible way like hanapin sa playstore then from my files


anyone can fix this? kahit i remove nlng sana yung sinasabing existing app sa phone.
