PC Fans, Leds, RAM lights stays on even after shut down, help?

So in a nutshell, pag pinapatay ko PC ko nagsstay on lahat ng mga LED, pati mga fans nagsspin padin (CPU and case fans) and LED ng RAMs also stays on na parang naka on padin ung PC despite being off.

Kaya minsan pag shinushut down ko PC ko di ko alam kung kailan safe na alisin sa power socket ang PC dahil ang mga fans nagsspin padin na parang its still on the process of turning off, kaya kadaiooff ko PC ko need ko mag wait ng 5mins just to be sure then tinatangal ko.

Di naman sya ganito dati, dati pagshinutdown ko namamatay agad lahat ng fans and LEDs sa loob ng PC, di ko alam kung bakit naging ganito na sya…

Any solutions?

Side note: di ko na rin mapatay lights ng fans ko and RAMs ko din di mapatay (even w iCue).

Ryzen 5 1600 (w stock AMD fan)
16gb Corsair Vengeance Pro
GTX 1060
VS550 Corsair PSU
YGT ARGB 120mm fans.

grounded yan. Ganyan din sa unit ko nuon. Kahit naka off me power padin yung usb ports hahahah

ang solution talaga niyan is e unplug mo nalang hahahshhs

check the grounding from PSU or voltage regulator and remove/insert CMOS battery to discharge static electricity or remove the plug and hold the power button to discharged static electricity.

remove the CMOS battery and put it back
