How to create Offline Insider Enroll cmd file :

3. Save as (your desired name).cmd
4. Now right click your saved cmd file and run as admin
5. Then select YES on a popup windows
6. Then pick you choice channel options

7. Then restart the computer to apply changes
8. You can now received updates of Insider builds that you choose
