THE HIGHEST FORM OF COURTESY SHOULD BE EXTENDED TO THE FILIPINO PEOPLE

Kabataan Partylist Rep. Raoul Manuel says the highest form of courtesy in the country should be extended to the Filipino people.

Manuel made the manifestation following the termination of the House Committee on Appropriations FY 2024 budget briefing of the Office of the President.
