actually i see it as being competent kasi alam niya kung saan manggagaling ang best decision ng department niya, only that nasa maling position siya dahil she is in a cabinet of another person who is also not expert in education, the cabinet of the president should compose of experts, naging redundant na eh, di na nga expert ang president di pa din expert yung cabinet niya
