Sa ibang bansa kasi personal kang pupunta sa telco at kukuha ng sim number para bang pag magoopen ka ng bank account scammers really wont do that kasi kaylangan nila ng maraming sim numbers per month para makapagscam sila kasi naibablock din ng mga telco numbers nila. I mean sure they can go to nearest telco and have fake documents para makakuha ng sim number pero hindi yan sustainable kaylangan nila pumunta like 50x per month para mgsubmit ng fake documents at magkaron ng sim number?thats pretty impossible in the long run.
