No, not safe. Risky mag uninstall ng system app baka ma uninstall mo yung core system apps and you have to factory reset your device to restore it or restore the system apps manually. Debloating and uninstalling system app using ADB are not totally uninstalling the app but it will only disabled on specific user. In most cases, it is USER 0.
