i mean even yung mouse movement mo is my jitter na sa video

reformat doesnt mean magaan na yung os instantly
windows 10 specially vanilla is as bloted as windows 11
lalo na if newer iteration ng windows 10
my reason kung bakit naka hiwalay yung 1809 build and 22h2 build pagdating sa windows 10 performance

for one new builds ng windows 10 has WSA (windows subsystem for android)
in build android app runner to na napaka bigat (usually ito tinatangal sa mga custom os)

newer windows 10 build also has specter and meltdown enabled na proven na pag old cpu gamit mo tinatabasan nya performance mo by 10 to 15%

in the video rin in 0:21 nung ginalaw nya mouse nya mapapansin mo yung jump and lag
which should not happen since unloaded yung laptop sa state na nasa vid

pero andun sya meaning yung HID driver mismo yung ng lag
which ngyayari lang if either corrupted yung format or pegged yung CPU or HDD/SSD ng 100% (sometimes both)
