🚲 Cycling Naranasan niyo na ba ito habang nagbabike?

Gutom na gutom at nanginginig na habang pumapadyak? Di ko lam kung low sugar ito or dehydration. Sino nakaranas na nito?

Nawala panginginig nun umuwi ako at kumain agad. Sabay inum madami water.
 
pag dumilim paningin mo madalas yan naubusan ng sugar, kain ka lang ng candy.. kaen ka boss 2 hrs before ng ride mo. pag mga longride mas ok kung puro carbs babanatan mo. tapos bago ka pa lang magutom ulit, sundot ka na ng foods. pag kakakain mo lang tapos nag ride ka kagad, madalas naman yan may sasakit sa tyan mo na parang naipit na ewan ehehhe.. kaya mas ok kung 2 hrs before ng ride.

Naranasan ko din yan masakit sa tagilirin pagkakain kaya iniiwasan ko kumain before rides. Mamimilipit sa sakit

papi mararanasan mo yan kahit di ka mag bike, as long as wala kang kain and nag consume ka ng maraming energy. Naghahanap kasi katawan natin ng nutrients and yung pagkain yung source ng energy natin
