🔒 Closed [DepEd] Getting School Records from a Permanently Closed School

Sarado na yung private school, and hindi na unreachable ang registrar. May naiwan pang records sa school. Ngayon, plano namin iwalk-in sa DepEd main office para asikasuhin. For those who experienced the same, or those who know how DepEd works, what should we do about this matter? Tumawag kami sa DepEd, pero walang sumagot maghapon. Is walking-in a good idea? Shall we just process this online?
