udp tunnel port range: 40000–50000

Singapore 2
udp tunnel port range: 40000–60000


Singapore 3
udp tunnel port range: 1-65335

why experimental?
ssh, ssl, sdns, ovpn, badvpn-udp, and udp tunnel are under the single server.

UDP Tunnel and Badvpn-Udpgw share the same port range and might conflict with each other.

So I will need your feedback.
Note: Sg1 to Sg2 will take 5 or more retries to connect to the UDP tunnel as the port range is limited.
