Use any browser that can scan web sources..
Visit a streaming site like youtube.com then search a video content that you wish to scan its streaming links.. Right click from your mouse then select view web page sources.. another tab will open for the web page sources..
Press ctrl+f and type m3u, if you cant find m3u link.. type another keyword which is stream, once the keywords popped up, search for link with an extension of m3u8, m3u, hls, ts, mp3, mp4, avs, wmv, wav..
You can test the link via vlc media player open media then copy paste the link to network stream
just do a trial and error..
Dont hunt from Phorhn sites, you might get infected with worms or trojans
