❓ Help Globe lte throttling, slow torrent download

Hi All,

The speed of my LTE is up to 16 mbps but my torrent is real slow. I tried following the steps on the previous post regarding bandwidth throttling (https://phcorner.org/t/mabagal-na-t...tling-worry-nomore.77129/page-25#post-1869937) but I'm unable to connect to the VPN. I need help please.
