B593s-931

Firmware:V200R001B270D15SP07C158
Firmware build time: Nov 4 2014

When i log in and go to system there is no button for
Download or upload Cobfiguration file.

What can i do to unlock my device??

have my globe sim to be inside or not
or i must do a other sim inside?
