🔒 Closed Connection problem regarding Google services (YøùTùbé, Google Search, etc)

Guys, is it just me o bumagal talaga ang connection sa mga Google-related services tulad ng Youtube at Google Search? Around 3:30pm nag-start ang issue. Bigla na lang bumagal, pero sa ibang websites, netflix streaming etc, ok naman.
I'm using Smart Unli-Data, somewhere in Central Luzon.
