• He must have enrolled his minor children of school age, in any of the public schools or private schools recognized by the Office of Private Education of the Philippines, where Philippine history, government and civics are taught or prescribed as part of the school curriculum, during the entire period of the residence in the Philippines required of him prior to the hearing of his petition for naturalization as Philippine citizen.

2. Section 4 of CA No. 473 provides that the following cannot be naturalized as Philippine citizens:

• Persons opposed to organized government or affiliated with any association or group of persons who uphold and teach doctrines opposing all organized governments;

• Persons defending or teaching the necessity or propriety of violence, personal assault, or assassination for the success and predominance of their ideas;

Kailangan niya na mag-enroll ng kanyang mga anak na nasa edad ng pag-aaral sa kahit anong public o private schools na kinikilala ng Office of Private Education ng Pilipinas. Dito, turo o prescribed na kasama sa curriculum ng paaralan ang Philippine history, government, at civics sa buong panahon ng kanyang pagtira sa Pilipinas bago ang pagdinig ng kanyang petisyon para maging naturalized Filipino citizen.

Sa seksyon 4 ng CA No. 473, ang mga sumusunod ay hindi maaaring maging naturalized Filipino citizens:

• Mga taong kumokontra sa organisadong pamahalaan o may kaugnayan sa anumang asosasyon o grupo ng mga taong nagtutuligsa at nagtuturo ng mga doktrinang kumokontra sa lahat ng organisadong pamahalaan.

• Mga taong nagtatanggol o nagtuturo ng kahalagahan o karampatang mga karahasan, personal na pagsalakay, o pagpatay para sa tagumpay at dominasyon ng kanilang mga ideya.
