Neither is correct.
They should be: “I am about the same height as she is.”

Why?
Because both pronouns on either side of the equating verb (“am”) must be subject pronouns (i.e., “I” and “she”).
“Her” is an object pronoun, not a subject pronoun, so it can’t be used.

The verb “have” (in the second example sentence) is not an option.
