Assuming advanced ang mga equipment ng MIS/IT team niyo, at kung account or domain-based ang local network ninyo, then mamo-monitor nila ang daily usage niyo at nakikita nila ang mga websites na binibisita niyo so I doubt you can really "bypass" that.
The worst that can happen is they can block your account right there and then. At kailangan mo silang puntahan para ma-reactivate ang account mo.
This is the case and this has happened sa SUC na pinagta-trabahuan ko. I'm part of the MIS/IT team. Pag nakikita na nilang sobra-sobrang traffic na ang kino-consume ng isang account, mapa-student man yan or employee/faculty/staff, matik either ire-restrict nila ang bandwidth mo or blocked.
