Hi Good afternoon ka PHC.

Hello! Yes, there are steps you can take to stop Home Credit from calling you. Here are some suggestions:

1. Register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry. This is a government-run registry that prohibits companies from calling or messaging individuals who have registered their numbers with them. You can register your number by sending an SMS with the word "STOP" to 2366.

2. Block the number of Home Credit. You can do this by using your phone's built-in call-blocking feature or by installing a call-blocking app.

3. Contact Home Credit's customer service and ask to be removed from their call list. You can do this by calling their customer service hotline or by sending an email to their customer support team. Be sure to provide your phone number and request that they stop calling you.

4. If the calls persist, file a complaint with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). The NTC is the government agency that regulates telecommunications companies in the Philippines. They can investigate the matter and take action against Home Credit if they are found to be violating any regulations.

I hope these suggestions help you stop Home Credit from calling you. Good luck!
