try mo puntahan mismo sa pldt office yan para ma actionan kaagad kasi almost 4days na if meron silang maintenance max of 1-2days lang naman pinaka mahaba na ang 2days....
possible may sira sa linyo na papunta sa inyo or ang modem mismo palitan nila....maigi na papuntahan niyo nalang sa office..
