Labas ko na SMART NO BLOCK since malapit na matapos simreg.
Requirements:
Dapat hindi pa registered SMART nyo na sim. But pwede nyo naman i-register 1 day before deadline or whenever nyo gusto tumigil mag noload, matatanggap nyo pa din yung free 5GB free data sa new sim + 1GB na nasa gigalife.
(Tested ko na to, na sa inyo na lang talaga kung sinunod nyo yung instructions.

salamat lodi... naka sim reg etong smart sim ko 1 month na.. so far no issue pa naman....

prior to no load and free gbs after registration, better not to use the sim for no load after registration instead use the free gb data that has been given to.... after that, wait until 3 to 5 days before ulit gagamit ng no load and be sure to have a balance......
